In 2012 I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. This changed my life forever.
I grew up on all types of breads and I absolutely love breads! When I had to
give up breads to be healthy, it was one of the hardest things I have ever done.
For years I went without being able to enjoy breads and watching everyone else eating them.
In 2016 I started enjoying making rolls, but sadly I couldn't eat a single one.
My husband suggested that I open a bakery. I thought it sounded like a good idea.
He went on to suggest that I do gluten-free breads. I refused, as gluten-free breads
are so difficult to make enjoyable. Over time, I decided to take up the challenge
and have worked long and hard to get incredible gluten-free breads enjoyable to eat!
